I regret to announce that Mamma Me Time will remain closed during the current lockdown. Clients with bookings have been contacted with full details.
2021 availability from week beginning 22nd February is live now on my online booking system.
I am advising clients to continue to book and I will contact you nearer to the time with full details of your appointment or to advise if I need to remain closed after this date.

Mamma Me Time was created by experienced Midwife, Specialist Maternity Therapist and mum-of-four, Chrissie through her passion for promoting well-being in pregnancy & birth.
Based in the most beautiful, serene location yet within easy reach of Norwich city center, Mamma Me Time offers antenatal and postnatal advice, support and education services alongside the most wonderful range of complementary therapies.
All services are specifically designed to support women and their partners through their pregnancy and postnatal journey in the most natural and enjoyable way.
Chrissie Boswell
Chrissie completed her Bsc Hons degree in Midwifery in 2009 at the University of Hertfordshire, shortly after this she began training in massage and in complementary therapies for maternity care.
Since creating and launching Mamma Me Time in 2017 Chrissie has supported numerous women and their partners while continuing to work as a Midwife in a local birthing unit.
Chrissie’s other passions include spending quality time with her husband and four sons and socialising with friends. She also loves fitness and in particular is a very keen runner, having completed a number of marathons to date.
