How to find Mamma Me Time
I’m based in Trowse, just outside Norwich City Centre. **Please note** My postcode is not 100% accurate on sat-nav devices so please use the directions below:
it’s very easy to find me on Google Maps – just click here.
If you use the app What Three Words the location is ///strut.upon.lawn
If you’re more manual – then get to the Crown Point Tavern in Trowse (NR14 8RN), do not drive past, or to the side of the pub but stop with the front of the tavern facing directly to your right hand side. Directly ahead of you, you will see two yellow salt bins and to the left of them, a very small (dead end) road. Go down this road and we’re the first turning on your right! The building is called Crown House. It has blue cladding on the end and a gravel drive. Drive straight in and park directly in front of the trellis. Please wait here until you have received a message from me to confirm that the studio is ready (please ensure you have provided a correct phone number for this). Here’s a visual to help.

This popular and highly effective session combines information and natural treatments specifically tailored to your circumstances for your best chances of a natural labour or a more succesful medical induction of labour. It is usual to attend this appointment alone but it is also the perfect session to bring your partner to as you will both learn valuable things from the session and ongoing techniques to use at home both before and during labour.
*Please wear loose comfortable clothing giving easy access to your shoulders, lower back and lower legs. (skirt / shorts / loose leggings and a vest top are ideal)
*Please ensure you have eaten before your appointment, but not consumed a large meal within the last hour, and that you are well hydrated on the day of your appointment.
*Please bring your pregnancy notes with you.
Non mobile babies are very welcome to attend with their mummas for 60minute sessions but for longer sessions I recommmend that you attend alone. Trowse, is a lovely location, with a playground, vegan restaurant, pubs and a coffee shop. It is also close to whittlingham lakes and absolutely perfect for a willing friend or relative to take baby for a stroll while you enjoy some well deserved me time in the knowledge that your little one is not too far away if this is an option.
As with pregnancy sessions, every care is taken to ensure your utmost comfort, safety and satisfaction; your postnatal body will be treated with the care and respect you deserve and need. If suitable and desired, Chrissie will create you a custom aromatherapy oil blend for your massage. Please arrive ready to change and begin your treatment to avoid delays. I advise that you attend your appointment dressed in something comfortable and easy to change in and out of. Flip flops or slippers may also be useful as you will be asked to remove your shoes on arrival. Please don’t wear anything that is your ‘best’ or delicate materials as there is a chance that you may get oil on your clothes when changing.
